Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Your appointment is very important. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully request at least 72 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Any appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or changed without 72-hours notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. All "no-shows" will also be charged 100% of the reserved services amount.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

All appointments begin and end on time in order to maintain the salon schedule. If the treatment does not start on time due to client tardiness, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly, and you will still be required to pay full price. If a guest is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a cancellation - 100% of the reserved service amount fee.

MULTIPLE RESCHEDULES

Any more than 3 reschedules in 12 months will no longer be able to pre-book appointments.

NO CHILDREN / VISITOR POLICY

Please arrange all necessary child care before your visit. I also ask that you attend your appointment alone. My appointments are one-on-one, and I have limited space in the studio.

Photo Policy

I grant Dean Downing / Simply Colour Hair Salon Studio permission to take and use: photographs and/or digital images of me for use in news releases, educational materials, and/or social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tic Toc, and Pinterest. If this is not something you desire to participate in, that is ok but is part of my overall signature policy.  As I tell others, I can not take your picture against your will.

REDO POLICY

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit, and I'm happy to correct any issues that are my fault at no additional charge. This does not include additional products or services to change or add to the look. For example, if you wanted blonde and now think it is too bright and want to add low lights, this would be a charge.

RETURN POLICY

Should you make a retail purchase from the physical salon location that is damaged or defective, I will exchange it for the same product or similarly priced product at full credit for 15 days after your initial purchase. After this time, I cannot return it to my vendors for a replacement. Used hair products are not returnable.
