How the Service Works

The SmoothFiller™ service unfolds in three steps and takes under two hours, making it very easy to pair with a colour appointment.

First, I'll shampoo your hair and blow-dry it to about 80% dry — just slightly damp, which is how the treatment penetrates most effectively. Then I apply SmoothFiller™ evenly through the mid-lengths and ends, allow it to develop for 20 minutes, and rinse thoroughly. During that development window, the active ingredient works within the hair fiber. Finally, I blow-dry your hair completely and flat-iron it in small sections with multiple passes. The heat is what activates the smoothing results — locking in everything the treatment just built. That's it. 

For guests receiving colour, SmoothFiller™ is fully compatible with Wella's Color Touch demi-permanent colour — they can be done in the same appointment. So if you've been coming to me for colour and want smoother results, we can make that happen.
