On wet hair, apply a small amount to the scalp and massage in circular motions until a creamy lather forms, then rinse. Repeat if needed. For the body, lather a small amount onto damp skin using circular motions, then rinse thoroughly.

When would I use it?

How do I use it on hair versus body?

On wet hair, a small amount into the scalp in circular motions until it lathers, then rinse. On the body, lather onto damp skin in circular motions and rinse thoroughly. Repeat on hair if it feels heavily coated.

Will it dry my skin out?

No — it's built to hydrate and support elasticity while it cleanses. If your skin is very reactive, patch test first as you would with any essential-oil-rich product.
