Dark Oil or Dark Oil Lite?

That's about the styling oil rather than the shampoo, but the same logic runs through the line: Dark Oil for medium to coarse hair, Dark Oil Lite for fine hair. Lite is light enough to smooth, add shine and reduce frizz without weighing fine hair down.

Which line is right for me?

Dark Oil if you want luxury, shine and frizz control that doesn't weigh hair down. Volupt if your hair is fine and flat. Drench if it's seriously dehydrated. Potion 9 for a botanical route.

Can I use it every day?

Yes — it's a lightweight daily cleanser, not a treatment shampoo.

Does it help with frizz?

It starts the job; the oil and mask do the rest. Frizz is usually a moisture and cuticle problem, so the whole routine matters more than any one step.
