Every wash

1. Apply the shampoo to wet hair and lather. Rinse and repeat if needed.

Do I use the conditioner and the mask together?

No — swap, don't stack. Use the conditioner after most washes and the mask in its place once or twice a week.

Is this safe on color-treated hair?

Yes. All three formulas are color safe.

Will it weigh fine hair down?

The conditioner and mask are applied mid-lengths to ends only, which keeps roots light. On very fine hair, use the mask once a week rather than twice.

How long does the kit last?

Roughly two to three months for mid-length hair washed three times a week, with the mask used weekly.

What's the difference between this and the Ultimate Repair Trio?
